Our work process is defined by the quality standards QS 9000 and VDA 6.1, which encompass sophisticated methods and working techniques used in the development process of our products:

- parametric 3D shaping of products; tools and machinery; preparation of technical documentation(Pro/ENGINEER),

- strength analysis and heat analysis of commutators exposing them to various extreme conditions representing the toughest of actual working conditions (Pro/MECHANICA Structure, Thermal),

- and the use of FMEA and ABC analyses and Ishikawa diagram to identify potential faults in the products' construction or manufacture.
